By using this Kinetic Society LLC (“Kinetic Society”) website (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by and fully understand the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), regardless of whether you have actually reviewed the Terms and Conditions. Kinetic Society cannot be held liable for any person's misunderstanding of the Terms and Conditions listed below.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
- Kinetic Society is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, the shipment carrier (e.g. FedEx, USPS) is responsible for any and all mail pieces that undergo their delivery services. In the unlikely event that your shipment is misplaced, lost, or stolen, we will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
- Orders can not be cancelled once they have been processed into our production queue.
- All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once the shipping carrier responds to your claim, we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap.
- Keep in mind that filing a claim does not guarantee that we will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to submit the correct Kinetic ID while placing the order with Kinetic Society.
- Kinetic Society reserves the right to amend the Kinetic ID provided by the customer to make sure the product looks the best. Examples of amendments include, but are not limited to: capitalizing, converting text to Greek letters, converting Greek letters to English, etc.
- The "Kinetic ID" can not be trademarked or copyrighted text/phrases, profanity, or slander. Products ordered with Kinetic ID that violate these rules will be automatically cancelled.
- Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under the customer’s account.
- Kinetic Society is not responsible for packages delivered to invalid addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or wrong address that you provided, we will email you to verify your address. You will have 72 hours to respond with an updated address; failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in an order cancellation.The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to re-deliver the package
- Customers can request a partial refund for this cancelled order in the form of store credit.
- Orders are generally received by the customer within 7 business days after the date of fulfillment.
- Actual delivery dates may vary during the holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through the postal service or other mail carrier.
- Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
- Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
- Orders are generally received within 10-14 business days after the date of fulfillment.
- Actual delivery dates will vary depending on the location. They may also vary during the holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through the postal service or other mail carrier.
- All sales are final. Every product we make is made to order and customized for you, the customer, and so no product can be returned or exchanged.
- If there is a mistake on your order, we will remake the incorrect item(s) for you. Remakes may take up to 5 weeks to ship. Mistakes must be reported within 14-days of receiving your order.
- If we are at fault for the unacceptable product, a replacement of the product will be sent to you within 3-5 weeks.
- Kinetic Society is not liable for any claims by the customer that the product is not acceptable. Please review artwork proofs carefully for design and colors. Please keep in mind that the garment, design, placement, and colors represented in artwork proofs are a visual representation of the product. Actual garment, design placement, and colors may vary from the provided artwork proof. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in artwork proofs. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. You will not be able to retroactively apply a discount code to your order once it has been placed.
- Group Order discount codes will be applied automatically at checkout.
- Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
Currency Exchange/Fluctuation Rates
- International exchange rates are implemented.
- Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market.
